One more idea I would like to incorporate is perhaps make a re-printable stencil that anyone can use to create their own graffiti. Banksy is one example. The "Buried Treasure" one might be an avenue I would like to pursue

ReplyDeleteI commented on this yesterday, but must have done something goofy when posting it. All of these seem like good ideas, I am a fan of subversive graffiti, but the re-printable stencil seems like the one that is truest to the assignment. The challenge with a simple idea like that one is how do you make it compelling and capable of going viral? Can you design the next Andre the giant? Also, what is the unique object/experience that you correlates? Is it about the location of a specific graffiti stencil? Will this have to be off-campus?
By the way, I love the land mine stickers.
